About
Every great restaurant begins with a spark — and ours started in a kitchen in Macungie, Pennsylvania. Ben was behind the line as a sauté cook, and Sam was serving guests in the dining room at The Grille at Bear Creek. What started as a shared shift soon became a shared dream: to create a restaurant where genuine hospitality and fine dining come together in a warm, welcoming space.
Over the next fifteen years, Ben and Sam worked in restaurants across Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida — sometimes together, sometimes apart — mastering the arts of cooking, service, and bartending. Ben, who began his culinary journey at the Plumsteadville Inn in Bucks County, learned the precision of fine dining under talented chefs, while Sam refined her front-of-house expertise, blending professionalism with heartfelt hospitality. Together, they’ve built over 40 years of combined experience and a shared philosophy: dining should be as comfortable as it is exceptional.
Now, that philosophy has come home to Dublin, PA, with The Boiler Room — a fine dining restaurant inspired by the area’s industrial roots and community spirit. Inside this reimagined space, guests discover an intimate yet unpretentious dining experience. Every plate tells a story of craftsmanship, every pour reflects care, and every visit feels like coming home.
The Boiler Room is proud to be Dublin’s first fine dining restaurant — a place where locals and visitors alike can gather, celebrate, and savor the flavors of Bucks County. Whether you’re joining us for a quiet dinner, cocktails by the firepit, or a special occasion brunch, we invite you to be part of our story.
History
The Boiler Room at Dublin Town Center is steeped in history. It originally served as the powerhouse of a 1930s garment factory. Once the central hub that provided heat and energy to the entire building, it has been made new as a stylish destination for craft cocktails and elevated dining, honoring its industrial roots.
